She blends her gifts in administration, design, and community engagement to support programs that uplift families and strengthen the surrounding community.

She is known for her attention to detail, her ability to create clear and inspiring messaging, and her commitment to fostering spaces where people feel supported, informed, and empowered. Kaleb Barnum is the President of Serving Hands Community Development Corporation in Tampa, Florida. A native of the city, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Security and a Master of Divinity. Barnum provides strategic leadership for community-based initiatives focused on youth development, family support services, and educational enrichment throughout the Tampa Bay region. He also serves as Senior Pastor of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, where he leads ministry operations and outreach efforts. His leadership emphasizes sustainable programming, collaborative partnerships, and measurable impact in underserved communities.

Douglas L. Black serves as Treasurer of Serving Hands CDC, a community outreach organization. In this role, he provides faithful stewardship of financial resources, ensuring transparency, accountability, and wise management in support of the organization’s mission.
With a strong commitment to service, Douglas works closely with leadership to help fund programs that uplift individuals and families, strengthen the community, and extend compassion to those in need. His dedication reflects both his personal faith and his belief that responsible leadership and generosity can create lasting, positive change.
