Douglas L. Black serves as Treasurer of Serving Hands CDC, a community outreach organization. In this role, he provides faithful stewardship of financial resources, ensuring transparency, accountability, and wise management in support of the organization’s mission. With a strong commitment to service, Douglas works closely with leadership to help fund programs that uplift individuals and families, strengthen the community, and extend compassion to those in need. His dedication reflects both his personal faith and his belief that responsible leadership and generosity can create lasting, positive change.
