Pastor Kaleb Barnum is a devoted pastor, teacher, community leader, and visionary committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through biblical teaching, discipleship, and community impact. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, he has dedicated his life to ministry, leadership development, and empowering individuals and families through faith. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church, where he provides spiritual leadership, biblical instruction, and strategic direction for a growing congregation committed to worship, discipleship, and community outreach. Under his leadership, the church emphasizes spiritual growth, servant leadership, and practical ministry that meets both spiritual and community needs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in IT Security and a master’s degree in divinity, combining theological depth with strategic thinking and organizational leadership. His passion for teaching and discipleship has led him to develop numerous ministry initiatives, including leadership training programs, discipleship pathways, community outreach efforts, and educational resources designed to equip believers for effective Christian living. Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Barnum is deeply engaged in community development and faith-based initiatives aimed at strengthening families, supporting youth, and creating opportunities for education and personal growth. His work often includes building partnerships with local organizations, developing programs that serve underserved communities, and creating structures that help churches operate with excellence and integrity. He is also a published author and creative visionary, developing faith-based resources, stage productions, and devotional materials that communicate biblical truth in meaningful and engaging ways. Above all, Pastor Barnum is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is married and blessed with five children, seven grandchildren. His greatest desire is to faithfully serve God, lead others to Christ, and help people grow into the fullness of the life God has called them to live.
